CA Manan Pillai is a Partner at Belsare & Associates and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has been associated with the firm since the beginning of his professional career. He joined the firm as an articled assistant on 2017, completed his articleship on 2020, and has continued with the firm thereafter.
In addition to his formal qualifications, he has successfully completed the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Level 1 Certificate Course conducted by ICAI. He has strong adaptability in evolving statutory provisions to deliver the consulting work of the firm. Further he has ability to incorporate the same in automation of workflows and process optimisation, enabling efficient and technology-driven execution of audit and compliance assignments of the firm.
His professional responsibilities include handling statutory and internal audits of private sector and stock audits of nationalise bank. The assignment of virtual CFO’s is also part of his portfolio along with review of special assignments of revenue leakage of government account as allotted by India’s one of the largest PSU banks. He is presently in charge of Concurrent Audit of a branch of a nationalised bank, managing advances of approximately ?2000 crore. He is known for his adaptability to changing regulatory requirements and dynamic work environments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assignments.
